March 7 (Reuters) - The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said it will
hold a news conference on Thursday to announce unspecified "enforcement
actions."
SEC Chairman Christopher Cox and Enforcement Director Linda Thomsen are
scheduled to appear, the SEC said on Wednesday.
The commission only rarely arranges news conferences to announce enforcement
actions.
An SEC spokesman could not immediately be reached for comment.
