It was only a matter of time, I think everyone seen this coming a long time ago, with the current economic conditions the writing was on the wall.. What does jim care at this point the guy is more then financially sound.

Did you read the article? The SEC isn't investigating Jim Cramer...they're investigating an internal review done by thestreet.com in regards to revenue recognition of a since-sold subsidiary. Nothing will come of this investigation and Jim Cramer will not be hurt financially one bit.
