SEC fees

I read a thread on Elite in March that the SEC fees were going to be lowered by almost half in April 2004.

My understanding is that they are currently $39 per 1M sell-side value. Is this correct?

Also, can someone direct me to a link where I can find the current SEC fees online? I've never been able to search out a good site for that info.

It is now in the $23-24 range per million. It makes a huge difference if you're a high volume trader. Sorry, I don't have a link.
