and now that grasso's extravagant pay package is out... just kidding in part, i am closer to neutral on the issue, but is it a coincidence the reg fees were hiked?

According to the article, some of the fees will be increased and some decreased - are the Section 31 fees the same as SEC fees? Which of these apply to NYSE traders?
