The US is going to be absolutely choked with legal largesse....and you can rest assured that at the end of the day, capitalism will find other domiciles to be more attractive homing grounds.
It is becoming ever more so vividly clear that the US treads down a European style tax future, ....topped off with a Japan style interest rate environment....
What an unattractive mess....
