Then they have to go somewhere else, maybe in offshore countries. But I think they will have little success running their scam from there because, people's awareness of potential problems with offshore companies is increasing and it's good.

It never ceases to amaze how the SEC goes to action after the horse has already left the barn.It is typical that the SEC goes after fraudsters after the fraud becomes incredibly large.
