At some point everyone who isn't making very good money will stop working and just collect their free stuff from the government.
As more and more people drop out of the tax base, the productive get taxed more and more.

This vicious cycle only ends when the productive decide to move to a tax friendlier location.
Then what happens when the tax base dries up, and what will the freeloaders do?....Riots, civil unrest, eventually civil war.

47% are already out of the tax base. Making them sick and hungry isn't going to help me any
