Article after article after article has covered the housing price drop diasaster in Toronto in 2018. You once again appear to have no grasp on reality.
Again, you are grabbing only news that fits your narrative and not even interpreting what you read very well. It is you that has no grasp on reality. Do a proper Google search on price trends in Toronto. I don't live in a "luxury home" nor do the vast majority of people in Toronto.

This is actually one of the more conservative estimates of how much price has moved in this segment; other studies have been anywhere from 25-40% year over year.
