Exactly. It's private property and the owner can refuse entry to anyone arbitrarily.

There are wide-effect laws prohibiting racial discrimination but any other kind of discrimination is perfectly legal. For example, casino owners refuse entry to people who win too regularly. Or a Polish shop owner in London, England refuses service to English (link).

I have a better idea....Private Business should refuse Scum Sucking Liberals and their money. Let them eat at a "Free Lunch" program somewhere.
 
If TSA agents were not egomaniacs then this incident would not have happened. But once they put on their uniform, they think they are the lords of the airport. So screw em' !

TSA don't seem to be doing anything useful as it is.

If nothing happens it's either because the threat is hugely exagerrated or thanks to undercover police officers infiltrating radical groups.

For example, Steven Greenoe smuggled over 60 handguns from North Carolina to the UK in his hand luggage on 10 different flights.

Documents posted in US courts reveal the suspected gun runner was stopped by security staff but talked his way on to a flight. He claimed to be an arms salesman returning from a gun show and that the broken-down weapons parts were harmless dummy samples.

Former Scotland Yard counter-terrorism chief Andy Hayman said details of the case are "genuinely shocking".

Writing in a national newspaper, he said: "This makes a mockery of the stringent checks we all endure at US airports, such as removing our shoes and belts, having our toothpaste confiscated and all the other irritants. Steven Greenoe's guns could just have easily been bombs."
