I agree, I don't really care if he's gay either. I just don't like him. Does he really think we give a shit that he has a speech to give and that he participates in some triathlon? If y'all are like me I'm watching to see market activity.

I agree, Larry's parts are the best. Although his wife definitely won't be posing for any glamour shots anytime soon...geez.

She was mad to turn down the job with the banker.A really clued-up man.Work like a dog for 3 years,earn good money and then be in a position to take the job of your choice with more time to socialise with some cash and experience behind you.That chap was the real deal.

I was thinking the same thing. Passing on that job was a huge mistake. especially to work for FXCM. she seems a bit naive. kind of like she can memorize a textbook, but is clueless when she gets a curve ball thrown at her. It's unfortunate because she seems well intentioned, just clueless. and she is absolutely not cut out to be a trader.

her giddy, "I've got a new degree, world at my feet" will tire soon, when she will on ly get interviews at the local Starbucks....

'we want to mold someone',that was her clue.The man exuded pure quality.If he's not worth $50 million already,he will be.She also had two weeks to think about it.She's a dreamer and thinks her brief media exposure will bring it all to her.As someone else mentioned;her heart isn't in finance,It's in the arts.

yeah, on a professional level, that interview was 100% and the offer was real,

anytime an exec tells you I am hiring, and will be back from my trip abroad, you know the man is handling heavy weight in the company...

she really blew that offer, if in fact all that is real,

perhaps its just for the show, and she actually took the job....

Yeah, my heart goes out to Larry. Poor bastard, has the world by the balls and he has to come home to that friggin ape. That's probably why he'd like his commute to be longer.
 
I agree that the interviewer in France was a class act. Very upfront about compensation and long hours, heavy workload. If he was still hiring I'd send him my resume.
