They are both "clean" and still in the business. I think the SEC has come down on the "boiler room" operations that popped up all over the 80s and 90s, not to say they dont still exsist, but it be would be much harder to pull it off. A persons U4 can be marked for even a complaint now and all a person has to do is a FINRA check to see what kind of complaints they have against them.

I have a feeling the producers wanted to show the crash and burn. i.e. SNDK tanking or Laeticia not cutting it at SMB. I guess it depends on how many months the show was shot over. I want to see how the brokers react to the August "correction"
