SEASON 2, thursday TV WALLSTREET WARRIORS

Quote from Longhorns:

I still get a good laugh thinking about those Sykes threads with you and Reaver. :D

I'm going to have to add this to the LMAO list...

LOL....funny shit. :p

I agree with you about those humps from the boiler room on WSW2. What a mook operation they're running. That hick saying "It's time to step up to the plate and be a big boy...buy another 2500 shares"!!!! Who the f*ck would listen to that nonsense?

The floor guys are fun to watch. Never had a chance to trade open outcry. Would love to have traded a busy day in the pits back before everything went electronic.

Anyway, great to hear from you. Thanks for the kind wishes.

Hope everything is going well with you too.

Yeah..I never traded in the pits. Always been upstairs. Have some friends who were locals in the SP and 30 yr pits. They have geat fuckin stories. I dont think anyone could ask for more than to be single and trading in those pits during the late 80's early 90's. Like you, I wish I traded down there at some point.

Wow is that some crazy stuff. you could just feel the love too as soon as the 'mark' agreed the hick couldnt get him off the phone fast enough.

WSWs is a great show.

What exactly are you so eager to see? I'm curious because I don't see it.
The entertainment that is the entire show from the absurdity to the hilarity to the BS?

If you ask me it is much better (for what it is) than the madness that is TV these days...

Have you guys ever thought that maybe they are using "boiler room" lines because THEY WORK. It seems many of you have never had a sales job, but wether it is real estate, cars, or anything where a sales person is needed the same lines that have been around for years and years are used. I hate to break it to you but "botique" investment banks are VERY MUCH apart of Wall Street and cold calling DOES WORK if not you would have a lot of jobless brokers.

That is bullshit to parlay from 500 to 2500 shares of SNDK
I would close my account at that place instead of telling me to sell 1/2 my position to guard profit he is asking me to risk more
Today SNDK is at 24.50
Are they gambling or what or do they get a commission on the sale to by SNDK from the company

Quote from ScapGF:

Yes, I know I can wait until they post it on Mojo. But up until this week amazon was making episodes available usually within 12 hours. To me it is worth it to pay $2 to see it without waiting so long and my complaint is because this week is taking much longer than usual.

New episode up on amazon now. The FCOJ is by far the best segment of both seasons.
The scenes with Brett have all been boring.
The SMB cap scenes have been ok, but no way Latetia makes it. In this episode she's upset because its Monday. Shit, I love Mondays and every other day the mkt is open.

I'd like an episode of just the pit. Maybe some SMBcap action too. The other stuff is just boring.

Lemme guess.....you are a junior broker at one of these shops. Puleeeeeeeeeeeze........the crap these guys are spewing does not work. Successful brokers do not put all their clients into one damn stock. Degenerate gamblers do that. These guys are a joke and their only value is entertainment.

I was thinking the same thing when she was complaining about Monday. I love Mondays too. Globex opening Sunday evening lets me get an early start though.

The only people those lines would work on are the people that buy the crap from infomercials. They won't have jobs any more once they lose all of their clients money. They are like vultures, yeah they will figure out some way to make a living but they are still sleazy bottom feeders
