search engines

guys,
besides yahoo finance or google where do you do general searches?

I'm in the north east & these are the 2 main search engines I use.
I'm intersted in knowing primarily what guys on the west coast & southern east coast (FLA) use if different.

Why would a minor (couple thousand miles) geographical difference have any bearing on what Inet search engine someone uses?

Google's webcrawlers crawl the globe. Doesn't matter whether you're in Maine, Florida, California, or Australia - you can still do a Google search.

Now, if you were talking about online dating searches - that'd be a different matter

by the way, i have found www.alltheweb.com to be most excellent.
