Screening with Order Entry

Does anyone know of any firms that offer real-time screening software with the ability to send orders from the same software?

I've only found two ( www.tradestation.com and www.egmtrading.com ) and I'm interested if anyone else offers this technology. I'm talking about firms with software that allows you to program the stock screens yourself--versus simply offering pre-programmed "New Highs/New Lows" or "Volume leaders" windows.
 
With the SDK (Software Developers Kit) you can write just about any program you write or scanning software you write to fire orders into Hammer, Andover's software.

The developers of a major scanning website met with my partner and I a few days ago. We talked about how their scans can be implemented into our order entry. Needless to say we are pumped.
