Screener for Open price above prev. day High.

I would appreciate if anyone can chime in. I am looking for a way to catch stocks that open up above the previous day High. I am using E-signal Pro, Blackwood and Omni pro software.
 
While it doesn't sound like an exact match, we have a 1st Hour High scan w/in our rally package that might get you close. You can add the scanners to your eSignal Pro service and try them for a month at no charge.
