Screen View in TWS

Does anybody happen to know how to display the price paid for the stock you're trading in TWS? It gets confusing when you've got 4 or more stocks trading at the same time.

"View" menu then select "Executions"
is one way.

If you mean see it on the screen there is a "execution" column that can be added using "page" menu then "layout" then "order columns".

you can also configure the button bar on top to add an "trades" button. Click on that and it will give a table of trades with two tabs - one for executions and one for summary.
