So basically progs who ensured 6-3 majority in the SC over 20 years want Dems to undo their bullshit voting patterns by doing extraordinary things or they will continue to make the SC more conservative.

Makes so much sense.

Moderates ensured a 6-3 majority by nominating the likes of Gore and Hillery that progs wont vote for.

abortion and affirmative action used to be legal, your point?

Because Supreme Court said so, you can't change the recess appointments because Supreme Court already decided on it.

Every pipe dream scenario being easy typing on the internet

I said change the federal law, it should be done but I am not blaming Biden for not signing a law that isn't on his desk or Schumer to not push a bill that doesn't even have 50 votes. That's reality, you don't have to like it to know it.

Why not blame the failure to drive the message to "get out the vote" over broken promises on the candidates though?

All I'm saying is that the constitutionality of a recess appointment having been decided could again be challenged as Roe was.

How many times did McCarthy put his speaker nomination up for a vote?

Moderates Dems had all 3 branches last year and let it happen so its not like voting for them will change things.

You need 60 votes for this, you couldn't get Barnes elected on the court packing platform and you expecting this thing to pass?
