Scottrade problems

Anybody having issues with account login....i can login and access features but at the top of the page it reads...
"Your request could not be processed at this time. If the problem persists, please call your local branch"

and all my account balances and holdings are zero.

anyone else?

anyone have problems canceling or modding your orders which takes mins to confirm if not hours?


I lost a good penny friday because I couldn't mod my buy to cover order without calling up , which they told me the order was stuck in the system crap.

I had this problem about 5-6 times the past 4 months

total loss from this --over 500 dollars.





btw, im closing the account with them this week .

Dont mod your orders alot or do any quick trading with them, they are very slow.
 
All I can add to this thread is that in my very short life so far, things or services that are "cheaper" are usually not better..

The old "you get what you pay for" rings true to me IMO.
