You previously stated that someone is guilty until proven innocent, but many times throughout history people make up their own minds based on the actions of the accused. It isn't a perfect system and sometimes we are guilty of coming to a conclusion to quickly, but in this circumstance, I think it is safe to say that his actions are not one of a husband in grieving -- but of a selfish killer who just doesn't care.

I have an business associate who dyed his hair, and has a goatee. So what? Maybe he needed his brother's ID to get on the course, who knows?
You assume guilt, then reason to conclusion. You sound like a D.A., not a jury member.
