Breonna Taylor had drugs sent and stored at her apartment. She also handled the money( drug proceeds) for her loser ex boyfriend.

This was a valid warrant. Breonna should not have let her loser ex boyfriend send drugs to her apartment and should not of agreed to handle the drug money.

I've thought about this case with the facts presented, and with the scales of justice being equally-weighted, the Taylor family is more in the right than the police.
You cannot prove that the Taylor folks heard any yelling of "This is the police".
But you CAN prove that the cops bashed in the door. You can prove that the defendants used self-defense in what they perceived to be a break-in.
You can prove that a cop was shot in the leg.
And you can prove that laying off 20 rounds blindly through curtains, not knowing your target and what is beyond, is reprehensible. (Good thing one of the cop's bullets did not strike the pregger lady in the apartment behind the wall in the tummy. Then they'd be in a HUGE world of shit).
