What's incredible about this story is that the AGW crowd states that this only indicates a slowing in warming. They do this without any explanation for the cooling period that has lasted as long as the 80's-90's warming period.Quote from OccupyThis:

Without a scientific explanation for the cooling period their statements can be taken with a grain of salt as the dissenting scientist states.
It is obvious that their interests are not in discovering the true mechanisms affecting changes in the climate but rather to promote their preconceived ideology of AGW.

So good jerm, you at least know that CO2 is a greenhouse gas. We have raised the levels by 40% so the temps are going up. Now was that so hard?
And the chart I posted clearly shows CO2 leading temperature higher.
CO2 is responsible for ten to twenty percent of the greenhouse gas forcing in the atmosphere. That's basic science.
