Schwab Passing On Index Option Fees

Schwab will start passing on index option fees on top of the 0.65 option commission.
Does Fidelity pass on index option fees on top of the 0.65 option commission?
Any other brokers not passing on index option fees?
 
Question to ask oneself :

" Broker has to be profitable.
So how does the broker survive without passing on index option fees to their customers? ".
