There are not many war criminals who did not plead that they were just assisting with administrative matters or collecting property. If you talk the people who were there and survived, you get a different story. Yeh, Soros was just a courier, according to Soros no doubt.
He has stated flat out that he went out and helped with "the confiscation of property."

I am not saying that Soros's participation rises to the level of a war crime, but
