is she forcing the court to do this without aclu lawyers?

The ACLU almost always needs a "stand in" to serve as plaintiff to push their usually repulsive agenda. What was it about a year ago they were pushing child molester rights?
 
Next up the court will force everyone who purchased a ticket to attend. C'mon, what if the prom is held and no one attends in "protest".
