His 6-year real world performance (which includes all fees) is documented for everyone to see.

Where is your audited track record? Thought so.

The thread isn't about his performance but the fact that 7 million in assets is a joke of a fund.

But if you want to talk about his track record lets take a look:

http://www.schindlertrading.com/index.php?page=performance

His records are very spotty. 98% in 2002 and just 2% in 2003? Performance in 04, and 05 was also lackluster. Between 03-05 it underperformed the market.

he only has 7 million in management and the guy only has what 3% per month.

as a 'business' that is PATHETIC..it's almost embarrasing to make 10% return in a casino!

i used to get 10% in gov't bonds!!!!!!

I think you're really confused...

7 million in 'management' or casino money is PEANUTS!!!!

Quote from Trend Fader:

$5mil assets under mgmt??

i know part time traders that have more than that????

Quote from stock_trad3r:

lol 7 million under management

that a joke or something?

Yeah, but that's 140K in management fees...
Do you not get that you don't make that in 3 years, let alone in 1?

And i'm too drunk to calculate incentive fees...

phohpoh he doesn't get to keep all that and you have no way of knowing that he charges that much.

You are correct that he does not get to keep all of the managment fee. There can be a lot of expenses involved with running a fund, however, all anyone has to do is spend 30 seconds looking into the fund to discover that he does indeed charge a 2% mgnt fee.

Oh really? Why don't you take a look at the title of the thread - I guess you can unilaterally decide for all what the thread is about?

I am well aware of his performance - one thing you fail to grasp is that this is not a "market" fund, it doesnt invest in the "market", the fact its returns do not correlate with the market is what many hedge fund investors seek.

If you think his returns are lackluster then I suggest you do some research on the average hedge fund returns (after all fees). I think you are in for an eye-opener.

And again, if you think you can do better then why don't you start your own fund or at least open an account on C2 and demostrate for everyone your amazing trading prowess.
