scanning with range bars?

I need a real time stock screener that allows me to use range bars instead of minute bars. Anyone know how I can do that?

I use range charts apart from volume charts,tick charts using medved Quote tracker (quotes from IB) & trade at IB.
I have discovered so many gem of ideas in ET .Today being sunday afternoon,you are lucky that I found time to attach the following!

Ib tick is a bit consolidated tick not the real tick!

when the day starts I use smaller time frame .as the day progresses I refer to 6 min/7min

The original poster wanted stock scanning based on range.But what I show cased was range charts.
For scanning I use www.trade-ideas.com running in a 3rd pc trying all types of combinations
