I use a combination of these alerts then filter for the stocks I want using this configuration page from

Is there software out there that can (1) copy a quote table from a real-time scanner, (2) filter out everything else and keep only the stock symbols, (3) and arrange the stock symbols seperated by spaces or commas for to paste into another application.
That'll allow pasting real-time scan results wherever you want it, like in Medved QuoteTracker, which I primarily use.
