Scan for finding reversals

I would like to find a scan that finds stocks whose daily average volume is 300k and above where the stocks price is below its 20SMA but above it 200SMA on a daily timeframe.
Know where to find this ?

Both of your ideas are very easy to write in Excel using a data feed like Qlink or others.
