This is a new Algo - developed mainly for testing. The code is based on looking at what is happening on the Current Bar ONLY for Entry.

Instead of getting in at the Open of the Next Bar - the code can be set to try to get a better price. So - if you want to go Long - a Lower Entry Price - and if you want to go Short - a Higher Entry Price.

Maximum Drawdown on the ES - $1583.00 ---- MES - $186.25

Most all traders - if not all - use various Algos based on Indicators. I used to do the same thing. However - many years ago - I decided to switch to using what I call True Price Action - ONLY. Why do Traders use Signals based on One or More Indicators - it's because they were taught - that is what they had to do. You could say - Price Action is an Indicator - okay - maybe it is - however - for me - Price Action is based on True Price Movement - which is all about Price - ONLY - and what is happening with Price - at any moment in time.

This is another new Algo - developed mainly for testing. The Code is based on looking at what is happening on the Current Bar ONLY for Entry.

Instead of getting in at the Close of the Current Bar - or - the Open of the Next Bar - this Code can be set to try to get a better price on the Current Bar. So - if you want to go Long - you can set a Lower Entry Price - and if you want to go Short - you can set a Higher Entry Price.

Trading Signals can be set for Specific Times each day. If you want to trade for the First 2 hours ONLY - then set the Beginning and Ending Times. Or maybe you want to trade at some other time during the trading day - just set the Beginning and Ending Times - and the Code will only show Signals for that time period.

I take it you are asking SimpleMeLike. We have actually talked in the past - nice guy.

Since I started this thread - I add charts - when I have nothing else to do. I don't come into ET very often anymore.

Basically - I just do this to show traders - they really do NOT need a lot of Indicators to make a decision to Enter and Exit a trade. Many years ago - I would have several indicators on my charts - and the more I added - the more I LOST money. I took classes - learned how to use this Indicator or that Indicator - and soon - I had charts overloaded with Indicators - couldn't really see what was actually going on. For me - I find most Indicators - to be TOTAL BS - which I have said in the past - in this thread.

Since I started - Scalping Way with ACV - it has been - like my play area - nothing more. If traders have questions - need some help - I am happy to try to help them. I am Not interested in getting clients - will offer FREE help when I have time.

While I have many Algos - I have a Discretionary setup - that is really simple - that I love trading - and without a lot of Indicators - just Support and Resistance lines - so damn Simple and there is NOTHING to buy. You or other traders - are more than welcome to see it - just ask me - I will bring you into Skype or Zoom - explain how to do the Setup. Traders - including me - in the past - we all tend to make things way to complicated and wonder why we LOSE.

Contact me if you want to see - preferably evenings or weekends - or after trading. By the way - when I say - "after trading" - I trade 2 hours - MAXIMUM - in the morning - when I have time - so anytime after that - I can bring in traders.

I don't recall - did you ever try this Setup - just a 7 Tick Range Bar with Support and Resistance Lines - absolutely NO ALGOS needed. It is so damn Simple. I thought I showed it to you - maybe not.

To any other trader - this is what I used for many Years - and still do trade it at times - even though I have Algos to trade. This Setup - keeps my old brain - thinking.

If there are any traders who want to come into a Skype or Zoom Room - let me know - we can set something up. And guess what - you do NOT need to Buy anything - LOL.

Thank you for contacting me. Yes, I tried the 7 tick range bars with support and resistance lines . Yes it is simple. I tried it but the issue is the recovering from the loss after stop loss.

I am still working on drawdown recover after that loss occurs.
