Scalping - urgent help required!!

Thank you very much people for explanation of kind of forbidden scalping!

Now I understand what exactly they forbid. :)

Before that all my trading life I didn't understand what's so bad if, just for example I use Woodie's CCI on 5 min to get my 3-5 or so pips from a trade.

Now I see the reasons for limiting a volume which would affect hedging system, but in other aspect that is not scalping actually that is really more like "insider trading".

Why is it so? I know many people successfully scalp indices and with 1.5 pip spread why not scalp forex?

Maybe I just don't see some traps?
