Scalping/ Day trading on Nasdaq100: best timing?

Hi guys! I wanted to ask your opinions about the best timing for scalping Nasdaq100... recently I was doing Early Trade (07:30 - 9:30 am) but I notice that there is more movement around 20:00, but then the prices are too high, So I'm trying to find a balance. Anyways! Any Tip will be great! Happy neeew year! :P

Prices are to high at 20:00? :D
Could you provide more information regarding what you are trying to find?

9:30-12:00 ... Most volatility.
12:00-2:00 ... Usually calm.
2:00-4:00 ... Volatility picks up a bit but usually not as good as AM.

Best time to trade is going to depend upon your strategy.
Momentum traders would do better in the morning or after 2 PM. Reversion-to-mean would likely do better 12:00-2:00 or overnight session.

Hi! Thank you for your POV! :D Totally agree with you, early trading around 09:00 am has been satisfactory, but I was looking for ways to improve my general performance. BTW, which one would you say it's the best strategy? Momentum or Reversion-to-mean?

Perhaps other futures could be what you are looking for: YM for example will be way less jumpy than the NQ.

Momentum probably has the better profit potential but only if your strategy is designed to trail a position. Large moves won't be any benefit if your TP/SL is always the same.
