Scalability of a profitable EUR/USD forex strategy.

Hi all,

Just wondering what kind of size EUR/USD spot can handle before exiting at stops/limits becomes an issue.

The approach is all-in-all-out and, as the distance between entry and stop(-6)/target(6+) are relatively small, not getting filled on all lots at or very near to the order price would be detrimental to the edge.

I've been using 1 lot (100K) but wondering how far I can take this when I inevitably move on to larger sizes via OPM.
 
Up to $10 million notional is an instant fill at Oanda, if I'm not mistaken. Or maybe they just say that to lure you in, I never tried it :)
 
with interactive, the limit for one order is 5m. But they will accept any size and just split it up into 5m lots. Not sure what 5m does to a market, never traded that big. Bill Gates was complaining (after making a killing in CAD) that forex just wasn't liquid enough to move big size, other than EUR/USD.
