SBF is supposed to be a math wizz and expert at gaming scenarios according to media and books (e.g. the Michael Lewis Going Infinite book).

Sam's decision to testify at the trial seems to indicate that he is not all that bright in gaming scenarios and the best path to success. SBF's evasive and contradictory testimony certainly did not help him with the jury -- which certainly seems more certain now to declare him guilty and leading to a lengthy prison term. Unless Sam's plan and desire is to be locked up.

He's kind of a young kid still. Just look at his baby face. And he thinks because he has all this money it can buy him out of anything. He's living in a complete fantasy world. He doesn't even seem the least bit stressed about what's hanging over his head.

I don't know what his strategy was with speaking in court. Almost seems like he wants to go to prison.

Maybe he's secretly gay and wants to be locked up with a bunch of men...

You can't tell to a narcissist to shut up. Trump, Musk, SBF they are unable to follow instructions and keep their mouth shut when it is needed.

We saw this coming.

Now he can't say, "I'm innocent because crypto has no regulations."

I have a feeling that they are going to make an example out of him and really give him a 100 year sentence.
So after he dies in prison his coffin will still be in a jail cell...

--Sentencing is in late March, faces 110 years.

--Stanford got 115 years for running a 7 billion ponzi, for comparison.

--Faces another trial for bribery. Parents will also be sued for their Bahamas home.
