SBF jailed

Oh man, I can't imagine that helping him AT ALL. His defense team must be banking on his perceived boyish charm to waylay the jury, but I hear and smell a backfire coming. He's running full rich and has no catalytic converter.

He's going to push the margin facility which ofc is absurd. He stated repeatedly that FTX never used customer funds and even Stephanopolous caught him. The dude will fold like a chair.

An in-depth article about SBF in court on Thursday -- where he was answering questions in front of the judge without the jury present. Basically he was very evasive and tried to continuous restate & twist the questions around. The judge did not appreciate it.

Sam Bankman-Fried’s Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day
The FTX founder and accused fraudster was lucky the jury wasn’t there to hear his cross-examination Thursday during an unusual procedural hearing in the criminal case.

He's answering questions like gary gensler, who also evaded answering questions directly. And we all know about the bond him and gary had with their corrupted strategy to make FTX a success.

This is a bad time to make the judge mad. Which he is clearly doing with his answering of the questions.

Let's see how the SBF testimony went today...

Sam Bankman-Fried DENIES stealing $10billion from FTX customers but admits he made 'large mistakes' in managing risks as he testifies in his own defense in fraud trial
  • Sam Bankman-Fried was back on the stand on Friday to testify in his own defense after being blamed for the collapse of FTX
  • He admitted to making some 'large mistakes' and said 'a lot of people got hurt' but blamed 'significant oversights' in risk management
  • Bankman-Fried faces 115 years behind bars if he's found guilty of fraud and conspiracy

This guy does a very good job of explaining the SBF trial. I think I want to change my bet from 8 years to 20 now. Instead of looking like a 'Dumb stupid guy' that didn't know what was going on, he now looks like a dumb stupid scammer...

The other important lesson is that criminal defendants should not be granting interviews to the media before their trials -- everything they say on the air will be used by the DA to convict them.

Sam Bankman-Fried's Post-Collapse Media Blitz Has Clearly Backfired
The FTX founder was grilled Monday by a prosecutor, who used the many words he said to journalists after his crypto company's collapse against him.

He is such an idiot. He likes all the attention he's getting, more than he does trying to keep an innocent profile.

I'm glad he's going to a federal prison. Because if this was a level 4 prison or higher, they would probably turn him into a woman
