An old blast-from the past:
Like they don't use the infrastructure that is around us in every country. Just go to a public school and ask to any teacher what would happen if we all stop paying taxes.
There are various taxes paid at every step in nearly all societies. Income tax isn't the only one.
And I think he and many others advocate for paying for your child's education yourself. Why does "society" have to pay for it? If I choose not to have kids, why do I have to pay for the education of others' offspring? It made sense in small agrarian monocultures like in Scandinavia where everyone was putting in effort, being idle was seen as being worthless.
It absolutely does not work in large metropolises where you have one group valuing work and others just using the system to produce as much offspring while trying to do as little as possible.
I don't have children and I will always be in favor of paying taxes for children education. If we allow corporations to take over the education system we will always be in danger of a biased education for a specific elite, pretty much what liberal parties are rooting for.
That might lead to a section of the society that cannot afford the education fees. This issue is well understood in Europe where countries invest in public schools as a primary task. Education and health insurance must be universal and kept out of corporations hands, so we can maintain a free society.

I agree with @d08. Education and health care are not benefitting the same people. Healthcare benefits everyone hence should be paid into by everyone. But it's grossly unfair to let those who don't want kids pay for those who have many. There is a very good argument that having less children actually benefits an overpopulated world. And not just overpopulated countries.
Taxing families with kids higher does not mean that education ends up in the hands of corporations. You can keep education public but charge those who consume those privileges more than those who don't have kids.
It is the other way around. The common scheme in many countries is that families receive special benefits for having children. Mainly because if a government charged families per child people wouldn't have children.
It is common in Europe that you pay less taxes if you have a number of children in your family, three in Spain as far as I know. You receive discounts in many services if you plan to have a family. It is very expensive to raise a child, so people deserve some help from the system.
