ARCA should have its own special color since that piece of shit exchange goes down every hour in some fashion or another.

"The letters A-K are unavailable for trading on ARCA"

"Stocks ending in L,M,N,O,P and beginning with R,S,T are unavailable for trading through ARCA"

Why not just say:

"ARCA is a piece of shit -- all letters are unavailable"
