saw Mark cuban charged with insider trading

want sensational cases such Martha Steward, the 15 year old kid on a stock board

it makes it look like the SEC is on the ball

Like most of the posters on this thread

the SEC is a F'n Joke. Staffed by second string wall street Ibanker wannabes.

When actual crimes like these are being committed that affect the integrity of the entire US financial system

The SEC has nothing better to do than go after Cuban.

Why isn't the SEC going after the MAMA management?

They are the ones who used Cubans affiliation with MAMA to prop the stock higher and dilute to the sheep.

Idiots like James Simons?

As opposed to the geniuses who risk $2 billion fortunes on insider trading charges, on the hope they'd avoid a 6 figure loss...lol.

Ya know, if I had $2 bil in my pocket, I probably wouldn't bother daytrading either. I've always looked up to some of Cuban's visionary ideas and the courageous way he implements them.

On the other hand though, he's still kind of a douchebag.

Welcome back. Good hearing from you. And he's not, 'kinda', he's a full - fledged card carrying douche bag.

But he is testament to the fact you can hit the lottery. Seems, though, that a little humility should have come with that luck.
