saving IB statements on USB pen

I have tried to open my IB statement in pdf format but I cant save them, There is a save button on the pdf format but it remains inactive. I think I have to do something on adobe to activate that save button. I cant figure it out what and how to do this. I am using windows 7,

Please help. Much appreciated. Thanks
 
Sounds like you need to properly activate Adobe. If you have a legit copy of Adobe you can call their 1-800# or chat with them (free with license) and it will work.

Sounds like you have Adobe Reader and you need Writer.

Thanks.I have got adobe AIR , flash player and Reader I will try to install writer. Adobe does not need any licence. I thought it is free.
 
I was looking about this problem on Google and somebody said I have to go to file - preferences-internet . But I cant find the word file
