saving confirmations

I have to admitte I am terible.

In outlook Express I have a folder and there I store all the trade confirmations.

How can I copy the folder in a floppy or tape. When I right click on it doesnt give me the option to copy it.

And even if I find a way to save them, with what program I open them?

Please excuse my ignorance and help

Simple: Create a folder on desktop; Then select each Email in outlook and drag and drop into that folder. Just remeber that each email must have a different name(subject Line) or you could be erasing with another. hope that helps

you can just save them 1 at a time to a floppy by going save as, 3 1/2 floppy. or you could use something like this:
