let's be honest, we only refer to genocide in the "past tense". Best to avoid one than to tip-toe around hurt feelings:

The definition contained in Article II of the Convention describes genocide as a crime committed with the intent to destroy a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, in whole or in part. It does not include political groups or so called “cultural genocide”.
The actions that would be considered genocide under the UN definition are forcing people to live in Ghettos, denying people food and medicine, and sending people to concentration camps.

IDF shoots their own citizens waving white flag while in underwear and they'd not shoot a woman they care nothing about..
Mid-November was a time period when Hamas checkpoints and snipers were shooting Palestinians attempting to flee north Gaza for safety in the south. Hamas wanted these people to stay in place so they could be used as human shields.
This video is just another example of criminality and terrorism by Hamas. It should also be a reminder that since 2005 Hamas has killed far more many Palestinians in Gaza than the IDF.
