FOX has regularly reported on these items. Even though their bias is clearly right-wing. For example:

Casualty update
The health ministry said the Palestinian death toll from Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip has climbed to 10,812. The victims include 4,412 children, 2,918 women and 676 elders, while more than 26,000 people were injured, ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qudra told a press conference in Gaza City.
He said 2,650 people, including 1,400 children, were also reported to be trapped under the rubble.
“The Israeli aggression has left 195 medics dead and 51 ambulances destroyed,” the spokesman added.

Actually I stated before — citing respected mainstream news sources — that the death toll in Gaza may be higher than the released numbers. You can not really trust the accuracy of the Hamas health ministry figures — because they may not know about victims, some victims may be under rubble and the ministry is somewhat out of touch with the population— because the Hamas “health ministry” is not really focused on health of Gaza residents but propaganda.
Lol, if anything, Hamas was conservative in its estimates and they know for sure better than the white house. Who do you think a family with missing child will report to, rather Hamas or they call up Biden? Lol.

If you read the BBC and other coverage -- there are many Palestinian families in Gaza who cannot find a Hamas healthy ministry representative to report deaths to. The residents of Gaza are questioning if the death numbers are merely estimates rather than any type of realistic count. This ignores the issue of all the missing people buried under rubble. I will agree that the current numbers will likely turn out to be low.
