Impeding Gaza-bound aid supplies potential crime under ICC jurisdiction: Top prosecutor

The International Criminal Court (ICC)'s top prosecutor says impeding aid supplies bound for the Gaza Strip, which is currently under a nearly complete Israeli blockade, may constitute a war crime that falls under the court's jurisdiction.

Karim Khan made the remarks while addressing reporters at a news conference in Egypt on Sunday.

Israel must make "discernible efforts, without further delay to make sure civilians receive basic foods, medicine," the ICC prosecutor added.

On October 7, the regime started a brutal and devastating war against the Palestinian territory following an operation launched by the coastal territory's resistance groups.

It's also important to remember that Hamas deliberately built their headquarters under hospitals and are using women & children as human shields by intent. The civilian casualties in Gaza would be greatly reduced if Hamas allowed them to go south and stopped using them as human shields. This war is certainly a terrible situation for civilians in Gaza -- but Hamas solely bears responsibility.

Dont spend years planning a raid on Israel for the purpose of killing families and children

I am not defending Hamas.Under no circumstances are they justified in killing 7 innocent defenseless children to kill 3 of their enemies.

Is it ok for Israel to kill 7 innocent defenseless children to kill 3 members of Hamas?
