So tell us how many Hamas members were in this hospital using it as a base. You know... like all the other hospitals in Gaza. At this point the Red Cross is stating the hospitals in Gaza are legitimate military targets which have lost protected status because Hamas is misusing them for military purposes.

When international aid organizations -- which were formerly silent -- are stating that hospitals in Gaza have no protected status since Hamas is using them for military bases; it should be a very good indication of the reality.

Israel has sought to justify arresting scores of medical staff in Gaza by posting a video that purports to show a hospital manager confessing to working for Hamas.
Ahmed Kahlot, head of Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, was detained last week along with 70 other medical staff. It followed the arrest last month of Mohammed Abu Salmiya, director of al-Shifa Hospital, Gaza’s largest.
In the face of protests, the Israel security agency Shin Bet released a video of Kahlot’s interrogation, in which he confesses to having been recruited and trained by Hamas in 2010. He says that 16 staff at the hospital were also from Hamas, and that Hamas officials had offices there.

United Nations officials called for an investigation into an Israeli military raid on a Gaza hospital during which patients died and the armed forces said they detained scores of Hamas militants and recovered a trove of weapons and other military equipment, some of which officials said was hidden inside an infant incubator and a resuscitation station for newborns.
Israeli forces withdrew from Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza on Saturday after entering the facility on Tuesday. The U.N. Human Rights Office said it was calling for an investigation of what transpired during the raid, citing allegations from medical staff that patients had died because of the conditions in the facility.
