Research has shown that the SAT / ACT are more correlated to parental income than to race due to the fact that wealthy ethnic minority teenagers perform equally
or outperform those that are none minorities.
Just the same, research shows that none minorities from poor income families under perform minorities and whites from wealthy families. Research has also shown that wealthy families have access to
other resources (legally and illegally) to get their children into top schools that low income families do not have access to.
- Simply, poor people under perform on these college entrance exams...later the misguided student loans were designed to minimize the discrimination but it also indebted the poor.
With a
historical military understanding of these tests about whom and why these tests were created...you'll know they were created to
segregate the poor when they took entrance exams into the military.
- These tests are in fact doing what they were designed to do...discriminates against low-income.
In fact, the person the created designed in these tests are
Eugenicist...many of them are White Anglo-Saxon Protestants that were concerned by the infiltration of non-whites into the military and the nation’s public schools. They actually believed they can
breed out of society many undesirable traits but they
targeted the poor because it was one of the most undesirable trait to have at that time when these tests were created.

In Mein Kampf, Hitler declares non-Aryan races such as Jews and gypsies as inferior. He believed Germans should do everything possible, including genocide, to make sure their gene pool stayed pure. And in 1933, the Nazis created the Law for the Prevention of Hereditarily Diseased Offspring which resulted in thousands of forced sterilizations.
By 1940, Hitler’s master-race mania took a terrible turn as hundreds of thousands of Germans with mental or physical disabilities were euthanized by gas or lethal injection.

Adolf Hitler didn't create Eugenics. He read about it in
American eugenics and then wrote about it in his 1934 book,
Mein Kampf.
Scary to know that the United States via individuals (Eugenicists) that created the tests for the military to
segregate out the poor...inadvertently planted the seed of a superior race in Adolf Hitler...
The same Eugenicists that created the SAT / ACT tests.
