Not really. Despite widespread efforts to make interracial dating seem "cool", people overwhelmingly tend to prefer dating within their own racial group, which is perfectly natural. There's nothing wrong with that, and it has nothing to do with "hate".

On the contrary, there's nothing "racist" about it. Also, why is it that it's only "racist" for a white person to feel this way? Why isn't it racist for all the indians, japanese, blacks, and hispanics which feel this way? Such sentiment is FAR more common in all of those communities than in the white community. Yet in your example the "racist" says he doesn't want his daughter dating a black man, when in reality that would be a much more common thing to hear from a nonwhite parent.

It's not racist at all. It has nothing to do with "hate" or "supremacy". You don't have to "hate" other groups to care about your own group, in fact it's perfectly natural and the only group which is castigated for it is white people, and to a lesser degree jewish people (most of which are white people). Just because I wish to preserve my ethnic identity which I value and am proud of, does not mean that I elevate my group to "supremacy", or seek to oppress other groups.

People mostly date and marry their own race but with 15 % of new marriages being interracial and the number of interracial kids going from 2.4% of the population in 2000 to 6.7% in 2010 shows that people are clearly attracted to other races and there is nothing wrong with that
