Well if a business can kick Sanders out then a business can kick out anyone who is not part of a protected group. Since gays are not part of a protected group in most states - this means it is perfectly fine for a bakery, pizzeria, or any any other establishment to not serve gays. If the owner does not agree with their lifestyle or opinions - then no service. Just rolling with the precedent.

I have never stated that "ok w/public officials using their office for gain". I am perfectly fine with public officials disclosing blatant discrimination. In fact -- in many jurisdictions it is a requirement that they do so.

Do you believe that it is appropriate for someone to be denied service at a restaurant based on their race, religious beliefs, opinions, gender, employment, or other non-behavioral attributes --- or should the restaurant only deny service based on a customer's behavior in the establishment or failing to meet dress code (no shoes - no shirt, no service)?

I'm ok w/them using their personal accounts to do so, not their government accounts. What's next, Apple spokesperson uses their corporate account to talk shit about a supplier for a perceived slight?

Political affiliation is not a protected class, so I don't even see how discrimination is relevant. And even then, Trumpism isn't a political affiliation....they're not kicking out republicans.
