Odds are the kids came from a broken home. The proper solution to prevent such breeding would be to follow what Oliver Wendell Holmes had written many moons ago:

Julius Ricardo Bender, 18, and Yahaziel Isaac Israel, 19, face charges of attempted first-degree murder, burglary with assault or battery and armed burglary.
Unlike Zimmerman the suspects have been arrested and charged,no need for it to be on MSNBC
