I even cite a quote of that word from Userque

Your computer is loaded with files of confederate flags , KKK imagery and posts of every one here....dude..WTF

The internet is loaded with confederate flag pictures , KKK imagery etc moron.

Republican voters are loaded with actual confederate flags, license plates, clothing etc idiot.

Why cant you do a little work and make your case against a post
You as a child, I will hold your hand to show you how to contribute like an educated adult

Step 1: Google www.google.com
Step 2: type in question "26% of murders don't involve firearms."
Step 3 : Read ..............this is how children learn

In 2019, 14,861 people in the U.S. died from firearm homicide, accounting for 37% of total deaths from firearms. Firearms were the means for about 75% of homicides in 2018.

Our only interaction is responding to each others posts..correct
This is very similar to people I interact with in person, Its always seems to start with somebody saying Hello

There's a lot of hypocrisy here.

Cons have been perfectly fine w/poll taxes, voter ID cards that cost time and money, and bunch of other disenfranchising shit that has monetary value to those disenfranchised (longer lines, longer drives, hiring drivers, etc...).

This of course will be struck down by this SCOTUS as you can't tax a right enshrined in the constitution, just wish this SCOTUS had any shame after the two decisions last week.

Im sure there will be legal falters but the insurance provision itself will not be one. It’s obviously constitutional.

Well it’s worked for Democrats for years.

We’re not talking about cars, jobs, whatever’s. Your wanting to tax constitutional rights.

In essence yes but remember “arms” is quite a broad term.

I don't see how. We don't tax speech, we don't tax the right to vote (at least blatantly so), I suppose we tax property to some degree.

How would insurance company underwrite that risk?

Well in this case San Jose is stipulating the cost of law enforcement efforts related to gun crimes create undue hardship on citizens, which is true. I’d rather it be a larger pool paid out directly to gun violence victims. But, yeah, you can just create an actuary off of either and you’re off and running.

Im sorry but are newspapers and movies tax free where you live? Those are free speech.
