No, I don't use a screen cover. And the reason I don't use any of that stuff is because the value of the phone is going to zero from the moment you buy it. If I was to drop the phone at some point and it broke all to hell, I'd march right up to the AT&T store and buy another phone, which as fast as they introduce new phones these days, would likely guarantee that my next phone would be superior to the one before it. My historical pattern is that I'm going to drop the phone a few times throughout the year, but only one drop will end cracking the screen or screwing it up is some other way, which is perfect timing for moving into a new one.
I do understand where you're coming from. My most recent iphone 4 junk had never seen a case or screen cover. Of course, every time I'd clean the pool, or even walk by it, I'd cringe, and go put my phone far from the water. Fast forward to now, and I've gotten so used to the Pelican case that I couldn't "carry" the S5 this weekend without it. Was uncomfortable, thinking I'd smash it by accident, or something. And yeah, I've destroyed my share of phones via drops, and one dumbbell that cracked the back of the iPhone 4. (Didn't even know that was possible, but oh yes..)
And the bodyguards screen cover, I KNOW you'd like if you try it. Trust me on this, I despise all of the cell phone "condoms" out there, but the bodyguards screen tempered glass cover's like..well, like doing it without a rubber..LOL!!! Gal I met recently had the same phone as yours, but had the cover on the screen. Saw her just throw it in her purse, and imagine it takes a beating in there.
Do this: take the first step when you go to the note 4, and buy the bodyguardz tempered screen cover. You'll love it. A case for the note 4? :eek:Now that would be a pocket bursting case, can imagine. Wouldn't do that either.
And yes, am planning to get the note 4, and do the above screen cover. It's the more expensive one at $45, but worth it if it keeps me from going back to the cell store.
