I agreed to helping a buddy of mine do his taxes (he is prop trader), and was wondering if anyone could send me a sample K-1 from their past (can blackout all personal info) so I am 100% sure that his firm sent the right info. PM me and we can exchange emails.
He worked for a firm that req'd 25k capital (not a zero-investment firm), and was paid out 100% of profits.
He has since lost contact (bad terms) with the firm so we are trying to handle this without their help.
